2m People Download New Coldplay Single

From The Telegraph:

My Comment: I am looking forward to the day when a major author offers for free a new and major piece of work on the web. When J. K. Rowling's last Harry Potter book was released to the public, on the same day a pirate book site made available a copy for free ..... no surprise .... their server crashed.

What would have been a smart marketing tool would have been to have only the first and/or select few chapters released to the public for free on the internet. The buzz that it would create would be millions in free advertising.

I predict that soon .... maybe this year .... a major author will be releasing a major piece of work for free on the web. I am looking forward to covering that buzz.
